Larry Rucker-Young

Larry Rucker-Young is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Classic Hotshots & Courier Services, Inc.. Mr. Rucker-Young is a retired law enforcement officer who spent 5 years with the state of Texas and other agencies and 34 years with the Corpus Christi Police Department before retiring as a senior detective sergeant. He is highly experienced in business, having served as plant manager of a large corporation for several years. Mr. Rucker-Young is a licensed private investigator, and in addition to his many certifications, is OSHA certified.

Ricardo Galvan

Ricardo "Richard" Galvan is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of Classic Hotshots & Courier Services, Inc. Mr. Galvan is an honorably retired Corpus Christi Police Officer who, in his career, rose to the rank of Senior Sergeant. Mr. Galvan is a licensed private investigator and has been working in delivery services over the last 11 years. He is both TSA and HIPAA certified.
